- HYBRID BUILD (Hypertrophy focused – muscle growth and athletic performance)
HYBRID ATHELETIC & FUNCTIONAL - Intermediate
- HYBRID FUNCTIONAL (Push, pull, squat and carry rotation)
- HYBRID ATHLETIC (Sport-inspired training focusing on agility, speed, coordination and strength)
HYBRID ADVANCED AND ELITE – Advanced
